Corrections policy

Sydney.tips welcomes specific corrections. A useful report identifies the page, the statement in question and, where possible, a current authoritative source.

How reports are assessed

We compare the report with the organisation responsible for the fact and check whether the issue affects one language or every translation. Urgent safety, transport and access errors receive priority. We do not publish a change solely because a commercial operator requests more favourable wording.

What happens next

A confirmed error is corrected in the relevant page and translated versions where applicable. The modified date changes for a meaningful editorial update; the facts-checked date changes only when the practical facts have actually been reviewed. Minor typography or template changes do not reset those dates.
